The event opens with the EWF Champion "The Supreme Commander" JT Zorin coming down to the ring.  He talks about the poll on the website to decide the stipulation for this match with Osyris tonight.  The winning stipulation was by a landslide with 58% of the vote going to a Ladder Match.  Zorin goes on to say that he will honor this, however, it will not be a traditional ladder match but instead a figurative one.  Zorin says that Osyris must climb the "steps" of the ladder by winning three matches before he can reach the top of the ladder to face Zorin for the title. 

* Xavier Cross beat Marc Houston

* Mike Curiell beat Mike Anthony in a try out match

* MIA & Snake beat Frank Stein & The Polisher after interference from Bob

* Drake Younger beat Stryc-9

* Midget Match: Lucky Oreilly vs. Little Vinnie - No Contest

The match was ruled a no contest when Locked N' Loaded came out and attacked both men.  The Tag Champions get on the mic and issue an open challenge to any team in the back.

* Tag Titles: Locked N' Loaded (c) beat TJ Kemp & Gary Cherry

After intermission, Anarchy comes out and complains about how Pheonix is ducking him.  Pheonix runs out of the crowd and chases Anarchy up the ramp to the locker room.

$Dollar$ comes out and says that he will give one thousand dollars to anyone that can beat him.  Then a newcomer named Ninja Joe accepts the challenge.

when Wildman Rogers and Big John Hurtz interfered

* Tommy Gage beat Brandon Prophet by DQ

* Midwestern Title: Zack McGuire beat Steve Amani (c) to win the title

* Fallen Dragon & Hypnosis beat Gunner Hansen & Hank Calhoun

* "Ladder Match" for the EWF Title:
Step 1: Osyris beat Wildman Rogers & Big John Hurtz
Step 2: Osyris beat $Dollar$
Step 3: Osyris beat Frank Stein
Step 4: Osyris vs. JT Zorin

When the referee was knocked out, Osyris gave Zorin a chokeslam.  Bob comes running down and counts to three.  Hurricane announces Osyris as the new champion.  Then, Zorin gets on the mic and says Bob is not a member of the EWF and in no way has referee credentials. 

Therefore, the match is a no contest and JT Zorin is still the EWF Champion.
