"Spiked!"

The show opened with Team Zorin members Noah Lott, Chance Laredo, Frank Stein, and Osyris coming down to the ring.  Noah says that JT Zorin has decided to take a vacation to the Caribbean this week to celebrate his big win over Hurricane last week.  So there will be no Street Fight with Hurricane for the title tonight.  Also, in Zorin's absence, he has left all the members in charge.  Noah said that they don't feel like using Matt "Spike Dudley" Hyson tonight so they removing him from the New Era Title Scramble.  Noah and Chance will take the final to spots and promise to bring the title back to Team Zorin.  Osyris says he wants to take it easy tonight so he will face M.I.A..  Frank Stein says he will take the Midwestern Title from Steve Amani.  Then Hurricane interrupts and says that Zorin isn't as smart as everyone thinks he is and reminds them of the contract Zorin signed last week.  Hurricane says that he had a clause put in to say that if Zorin no showed his defense, he would be back in charge for the night by default.  Hurricane says he will allow their decisions to stand, but he will give Matt "Spike Dudley" Hyson a New Era Title shot tonight with whoever wins the scramble.
