The match ended when Matt Shock gave Mellki a belly-to-back suplex for the pin, but both men's shoulders were to the mat.  Hurricane announces since there is no winner, Pheonix's defense does not count and that the belt will be held up and a 8 man tournament will take place in 2 weeks.  Participants must earn their spots next week.
